Social gender equality
As in many other areas of life, gender inequality also manifests itself in the labor market. While the labor force participation rate of women is 32%, this rate is 68% for men (TUIK Labor Force Statistics 2020). The unemployment rate is 13% for men and 14.5% for women.

As Mert İpek, the rate of female employees in all our staff, starting from the top, is 61.19%. We believe in equality between men and women in business life, as in every field. As an institution, we reject gender inequality by offering equal opportunities to women and men in business life and ensuring the necessary respect and fair working conditions.
Starting from the roots of the problems experienced by women in the workplace, our aim is to adopt the concept of gender equality in every institution.
As all members of society, we must walk this path together for a more livable world.
